Makes an excellent gift for those who are health conscious and still into their daily coffee ritual. Flavor is there as expected from Imunika, and packed with ingredients that make it a guilt free holiday gift!
First time buying medium-dark as my wife is not so fond of acidity in coffee. She loved this medium-dark variation, and I liked it quite much as well. If you are wine lover and like full-bodied texture of wine, then you should try this medium-dark roasting of Imunika. I myself actually mix this with medium-light bean to add a pleasant acid flavor on to bodiness of this roasting. Trying to find best ratio of mix! :)
Definitely can tell packed fresh after roasting. Delicate aroma of blackberry and chocolate welcomes then fruity flavors follow. Perfect for all year around yet better suits for warm weather.
