Where do you ferment your beans?

All of our beans are fermented at Imunika’s proprietary facility in Korea—the first and only full-scale green bean fermentation site in the country. Guided by generations of Korean fermentation expertise, we’ve developed a patented process to unlock functional benefits without compromising flavor.

Once fermented, the beans are freshly roasted in small batches in Seattle, ensuring peak aroma, flavor, and potency by the time they reach your cup.

Our coffee beans are certified organic, single-origin arabica, sustainably sourced from renowned coffee-growing regions.

All mushrooms used are top-shelf, certified organic, and sourced locally from trusted Korean farms—except Chaga, which we sustainably source from pristine forests in Estonia, also certified organic.

What’s the best way to brew Imunika?
